As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide thoughtful, evidence-based medication management that considers the whole picture—not just a diagnosis. My approach is rooted in understanding symptom patterns, timing, hormonal influences, and the unique factors that shape each person's mental health experience. I have a special interest in PMDD, mood and anxiety disorders, women's mental health, ADHD, and the ways hormonal changes can affect emotional well-being. Treatment is collaborative, individualized, and designed to help patients better understand their symptoms while finding an approach that works for their lives. Through secure telehealth appointments, I provide psychiatric medication management for adults throughout New York State. Because timing matters in mental health.
